Mr. + Mrs. Connelly: Westfrod Inn Wedding

Last night was Erics b-day so we had a blast. We went to a new restaurant called Sweet Basil, which is located in Needham. A-MA-ZING. Its a BYOB place that has the best atmosphere and the BEST food. BEST FOOD EVER. I cant begin to tell you how good it is. I never knew it was there but whenever you drive down the street it smells like heaven. It is totally Sweet Basil. So, if you are looking for a new place to try check it out. I am going to be dreaming about this place until I return! Anyway, HAPPY BDAY ERIC.

Meet Julie and Steve, again. I posted their engagement photos last fall and they just got married this past Friday. They got married at the Westford Inn. These two totally lucked out with weather. It literally rained all last week then on Friday the skies cleared. LUCKY LUCKY! I consider myself lucky because I walked away from their portraits with NO ticks. Literally the police showed up while we were shooting (we were on private land, but had permission) and warned us that the land was infested with ticks. SWEET! But nobody that I know of got ticks. During the receiving like I got a tap on my shoulder saying “MOLLY BERGERON?!?!?!?!” It was my old boss. I totally started freaking out. After I left she left and I didn’t have any contact info for her. I LOVED her and was so sad about it. So we got to catch up. Talk about small world. Julie and Steve are probably laying on the beach in the DR right now but I cant complain. Its amazing out. So, guys, if you have internet access I hope you get to take a peak! Huge thanks to my second shoot, Derek Gilbert. Awesome job as always!

Nicole: Nicole O’Neil Photography

Good morning everyone. Weird, another super gloomy day. On the bright side the seven day forecast looks super amazing from tomorrow on. THANK GOD. I need to get some color before my bachelorette party and my shower. I am so pale that I am radiating light. Its not even a joke. Today is actually the 100 day count down until the big day. WHERE DID TIME GO? Yikes.

Anyway let move it along and meet Nicole. Nicole is a Boston based photographer that needed some head shots. Now I get tons of requests for head shots and to be honest I do not do them all. I stay clear of corporate head shots and formal head shots. But…. if you are looking for some fun/funky stuff I am all over it. Take a peak at Nicoles site and tell me how cute her baby photography is!! Enjoy

Mr. + Mrs. Canulla: Elm Court Wedding

I have a few weddings this season that are pretty special to me. Whenever I shoot a friend, friend of friend or family member it is always really special. Nicole contacted me over a year ago asking for some information. She informed me that she would be marrying Ryan Canulla. I couldn’t believe it. Ryan was the “new kid” back in fifth grade. He had just moved to town and it just so happened that he lived behind the house I grew up in. We never really hung out, but we still grew up together. I had heard that he was doing well living in Boston but I had not seen him since senior year. We spent a few hours wondering around Boston for their engagement shoot and I got to catch up with Ryan and get to know Nicole. I was so happy for him because it just seemed like everything was going SO awesome for him. He had a great place, a great job, and an amazing fiance. Nicole was super chill and sweet. She also had awesome style which is a huge bonus for me!

The day of the wedding came and it was a blast from the past. I saw people that I went to first grade with. I knew there would be some Somerset people, but I wasn’t expecting most of the 2001 graduating class. When I showed up Ryan was running around Elm Court stress free. You could tell he was just so excited that the day was here. Everyone was so laid back. When I got to Nicole she was the same exact way. They were both surrounded by amazing friends and family. You couldnt help but be happy around all these people. The energy in this place was amazing. Yes, it was a wedding, but most importantly it was a celebration of the two of them. When Nicole turned the corner to head down the isle I looked over at Ryan and his face was awesome. His eyes literally lit up and he looked so happy/proud. The entire night the two of them were dancing and having a blast. It will be hard to top this wedding. Elm Court was amazing, but it was the couple that made the wedding. To all the Somerset people I got to see… It was so good to see you and I am so happy that everyone is doing so well. WE ARE GETTING SO OLD!!! HUGE thanks to Melissa DeSchamp for coming to the Berkshires to help me out!!

xoxoxo

Elizabeth + Sean: Concord Engagement Session

I am feeling so accomplished today. Best feeling ever. I have literally been ripping through my edits and it feels so good to start the season off on the right foot. Now come back to me in a few months and lets see what I am saying then. I am hoping that I am still in great shape because I am taking a month off for my own wedding. My goal is to leave with EVERYTHING done. Lets hope that isn’t just wishful thinking.
Meet Sean and Elizabeth. How cute are these two? And how amazing are they. These two laugh more than anyone I have ever met AND I LOVE IT. They have so much fun together, and when you are with them you have fun. They were goofing around the entire time. At one point Elizabeth said “Molly I am so sorry I promise we will be more serious on our wedding day” and Sean quickly said “no we wont this is how we always are”. I hope that they are exactly the same way. Full of life and laughter. October will be here before you know it guys! Cant wait!!

MR. + MRS. SILBERMAN: TUPPER MANOR WEDDING

Well if today isn’t a gloomy, rainy day then I don’t know what is. The only thing I keep thinking is the more it rains now the less likely it will be to rain on my wedding day. Totally not the case what so ever but hey, I’m trying. I actually dont mind days like today. I get in huge comfy sweatpants with an over sized sweatshirt and put on my Mat Kearney Pandora station and edit edit edit! But if I am being honest I am hitting that point in the day where you need a nap. As in curl up on the couch with a blanket and “rest your eyes”. OK enough… I am going to talk myself into it!

The past Friday I shot Nicole and Marks wedding. They were just recently on my blog with their engagement session. Both their engagement session and wedding took place at Tupper Manor. We did their engagement photos there just in case it were to rain. Well, it didn’t rain, but it was beyond windy. Every time we went to step foot outside a huge gust would come and blow Nicole’s veil and hair straight into the air. So, we decided to play it safe and shoot inside. Luckily Tupper is really bright and has tons of space for indoor shooting. Nicole and Mark had so many great perks to their wedding. One, Marks best man was a best woman. Two, Nicoles brother was the officiant. And three, Nicole and her dads dance was to the same song my first dance will be with my dad. Id be lying if I said I didnt shed a tear! Another very special part of the day was the fact that Nicoles 92 year old grandmother was able to make it to the wedding. As if that wasn’t special enough it would have been her 66th wedding anniversary with her husband. The DJ actually announced it during dinner and she was so touched by the fact that they acknowledged it that she got a bit chocked up (see photo in blog).

I am going to miss these two so much. I love them both so much and can wait to see what the future holds. HUGE thanks to Derek Gilbert for second shooting with me at this wedding. You will be seeing a lot of him this year!! Also, if you are a soon to be bride and are looking for incredible flowers you MUST check out Donna at Pepperberrys Flowers. She blows my mind EVERY time.

I feel like the last two photos sum it up! Love Life and these two definitely do that! Love these guys!!! Oh yeah… One More;)
