I knew that I liked Andrea from the beginning. She was putting so much time into finding a photographer. Literally, she had an excel sheet. Most people might think that this would annoy me, but it didn’t. In fact it made me realize just how important photography was to her. When clients care so much about photography I know it means they are willing to work with me to make everything perfect. And that she did! Andrea and I spent so much time on their timeline that when the day came I had it memorized. Most of her emails started by saying “sorry to email you again” but I loved each and every single email. It made they day go perfectly. Their wedding was held at Belle Mer, in Newport which blew my shoes off. It was amazing. Not only was the venue amazing, but the coordinators there were delightful. I had been emailing with Emily for a little while and when I showed up I felt like I knew her. Obviously I had to give her a huge hug! When I saw Adam for the first time I got so excited for him. I was SO happy for Andrea and him. These two deserved nothing but the best and that’s what they got on Friday. The best. A big thanks to Samantha Melanson and Angelina Rose for coming along to help out. A HUGE thanks to Samantha for holding my MASSIVE reflector and literally almost sailing away. I had her standing on a dock and the wind came and she had to yell for help. NOTE TO SELF: Have a groomsmen hold the big reflector!
